A boat trip, Marine drive, Kochi

Enjoying a boat trip at Marine drive in Kochi is something everyone visiting Kerala must experience. Located at the heart of the city the spot is easily accessible. In the evenings we can hire private boats and they will take you for a round trip through the backwaters. Besides, there are plenty of public transport boats that can be used if you happen to be there at other times of the day.

What I found most enjoyable here is the cool sea breeze.

Stretching along the shore there is a walkway. This is a laid-back area of the city and a popular hangout spot. Throughout the day we can see people sitting on the benches on both sides of this walkway. There are many shopping malls, local eateries, and hotels along the walkway.

Hello Rajiv!
Oh, I want a boat tour.
Unfortunately, the lakes are covered with ice.
Beautiful photos.
Have a nice week.

Lol, we have to think of the ways to make boat travel possible even if lakes are covered with ice !
Have a nice week ahead :)

We are avid boaters here in California. We are on our boat more than not in the good weather. I can't wait to start another wonderful season of boating. Nothing beats being out on the water.

Have a fabulous day. ☺

I think Kerela has so much to explore and live with.
Long time back, my Maths teacher Mr Giri, Physics teacher Mr. Shammy, Chemistry teacher Mr. Srivasta and English teacher Soma Rajan boasted about 100 percent literacy rate. I was told that the academic toppers are usually the females. Wow. Late recently, I listened to the lecture of former diplomat turned Politician Mr. Mani Shankar, he also has a lot to say about Kerala.
Stories were simply motivating.

Kerala in India has 100 percent literacy rate. Academics is given great importance here. As a matter of fact you will find a malayali aka Keralite in all nook and corners of the world. We work as teachers, doctors, nurses etc. etc., in fact you will find at least one nurse from here everywhere in the world !
Thank you dude, cool comment :)
